1. Do you have a showroom?
A.  In order to keep our costs down and offer affordable pricing to our clients we have decided to not have a showroom at this time.  We are frequently updating our website to show you the items we have available online.  However if there are items you are looking for, through our connections we can pretty much get whatever item you are looking for and make it available to you.  We encourage you to bring inspiration photos of decor/ flowers that you like and we will recreate them for you.  During our consultation we bring you our portfolio and fabric samples/ swatches.  You are also welcome to see some of the items we have setting up other weddings.
 
2. What does the free 1 hour decor consultation entail?
A.  The consultation takes place in the Hamilton area or by telephone if you are unable to meet with us in person.  You can discuss some of your ideas etc for your wedding decor, rentals and flowers.  Nothing has to be set in stone so we will be basically giving you a general estimate on what things will cost based on what you are looking for at the time of the consultation. 
 
3.  Can I book online?
A.  Many more of our clients are deciding to book online.  But it is whatever you are comfortable with and you can always meet us in person.  An online booking consists of a consultation via phone, provide you with an estimate based on photos etc we see and how you describe them, we provide you with references, you can view a majority of our portfolio online (it is all of our own work) then the contract and deposit can be done online.
 
4.  How do I secure you for my wedding date?
A.  In order to secure our services or rental items for your wedding date we require a signed contract and initial payment to be received.  Otherwise we cannot guarantee our availability for your wedding.
